A little help goes a long way.
Good ideas come with questions. Here’s a little help getting your artwork, apparel, and next project ready to roll. Still scratching your head? Just ask. We’re happy to talk it through.
Find your next favorite blank.
Browse apparel and headwear from SanMar, S&S Activewear, AS Colour, and Atonal. Find something you like? Send us the brand, style number, color, sizes, and quantity. We’ll confirm availability and quote the finished project.
These links open the supplier’s browsing site. Any prices shown there are separate from your custom printing or embroidery quote.
Quote a style you foundGot art? Let’s get it print-ready.
Vector files are our first choice: PDF, .ai, .svg, .eps, or .cdr. Outline your fonts and include any linked images. Sending a photo or image? Send the original file rather than a screenshot.
AI artwork can be a great starting point. It may still need a little help before it’s ready to print—especially lettering, edges, and small details. Saving an image as a PDF doesn’t turn it into vector artwork. Send what you have and we’ll take a look.
Our artwork uploader accepts supported images and documents, up to 5 files at 10 MB each. For vector formats the uploader doesn’t accept, or larger files, email a download link to chris@soultownsupplyco.com.
Upload your artworkLet’s get the fit right.
A medium isn’t the same in every shirt. Tell us the brand and style you’re considering, and we’ll help you get the right size chart before you order. Already have a favorite tee, hoodie, or hat? Send us the details.
Ask for a size chartHow many are we making?
Start with your total, then break it down by size, garment color, and style. A simple list works: small — 10, medium — 20, large — 20. Add your event date or deadline so we know what you’re working toward.
For a fundraiser, employee store, or merch drop, tell us who it’s for and how you’d like orders handled. We’ll talk through the setup with you.
Let’s talk ink.
Have a certain color, finish, or feel in mind? Tell us. We’ll talk through what works for your artwork and garment before quoting. If matching a brand color matters, send your color reference with the artwork.
A few things you might be wondering.
What should I send for a quote?
What you’re making, how many you need, your artwork, and when you need it. For apparel, include styles, colors, sizes, and print locations if you know them. It’s okay if you don’t have every answer yet.
Can you help with artwork that needs work?
Send it over. We’ll review it and let you know what it needs. Cleanup, vector conversion, or a redraw may have a fee. We’ll get your approval on any added cost before we begin.
Do you build online merch stores?
Yes—we offer ecommerce and fulfillment for merch stores, fundraiser stores, and employee stores, with packing and shipping support. Tell us what you have in mind.
Where’s the shop?
352 South Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee. Reach out before stopping by so we can coordinate a good time.
What about minimums, turnaround, or a rush job?
Tell us the project, quantity, and deadline. We’ll confirm what’s possible for your order when we quote it.
A little fine print, a lot of soul.
Design & revisions
When your quote includes design work, that design fee covers two rounds of revisions to the agreed concept. Additional revisions or a new design direction may cost extra. We’ll confirm any added cost with you before moving forward.
Getting your artwork print-ready
AI-generated artwork and other supplied files sometimes need cleanup, vector conversion, or a redraw to print well. An artwork preparation fee may apply depending on the work needed. We’ll review your files and get your approval on any additional cost before we begin.
Proofs & approval
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, sizes, colors, and placement. Production begins after you approve the final proof.
Let’s make something with soul.
