When your quote includes design work, that design fee covers two rounds of revisions to the agreed concept. Additional revisions or a new design direction may cost extra. We’ll confirm any added cost with you before moving forward.
Getting your artwork print-ready
AI-generated artwork and other supplied files sometimes need cleanup, vector conversion, or a redraw to print well. An artwork preparation fee may apply depending on the work needed. We’ll review your files and get your approval on any additional cost before we begin.
Proofs & approval
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, sizes, colors, and placement. Production begins after you approve the final proof.

Tell us the service you need, quantity, deadline, and whether you have artwork ready. For apparel, include sizes and print locations; for shipping, include your city and ZIP code.
Print-ready artwork
Vector files are preferred: .pdf, .ai, .svg, .eps, or .cdr. Please outline fonts and include any linked images. Send your artwork or a file-sharing link to chris@allamericanprintco.com.
A quick note on AI artwork
AI artwork can be a great starting point, but looking sharp on screen does not always mean it is ready to print. Low resolution, fuzzy lettering, and stray details can become more noticeable at print size. Saving an image as a PDF does not automatically make it vector artwork. Send us your original file—we can review it and recommend any cleanup or redraw needed before production.
